Your missions

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, focusing primarily on Meta and Google Ads, to drive successful outcomes for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect assets and ensure that all campaigns meet client-defined goals while proactively communicating insights and trends.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET

The Role:

  • Upload and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Collect ad content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Monitor and export Meta ads data, flagging issues, concerns, and successes according to client-defined parameters.
  • Export ad data into templated reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to assess campaign performance.
  • Support clients in testing new ad copy and assets based on their direction.

The Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Meta ads, including setting up and optimizing campaigns.
  • 1+ year of experience with Google Ads, particularly in search, with an understanding of brand vs. non-brand differences.
  • Experience with Excel, particularly in creating basic pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key paid media metrics.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.

The Compensation:

  • β‚±55,000 to β‚±85,000/month
