Position Overview 
NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and overall management of the NetSuite ERP system. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements, designing and implementing solutions within NetSuite, and ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity. The administrator will handle user support, including training and troubleshooting, and will oversee system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications. Additionally, this role will develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports to streamline operations and provide actionable insights. This position requires a strong understanding of financial and business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to support the organization's goals and growth.

What You'll Be Working On
  • (Duties include but not limited to):
  • System Administration:
  • Configure and maintain the NetSuite application to ensure optimal performance and compliance with business requirements.
  • Manage and administer user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for system upgrades and patches.
  • Customization and Development:
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows to enhance NetSuite functionality.
  • Create and manage custom records, fields, and forms.
  • Integrate NetSuite with other business applications as needed.
  • Support and Training:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the system.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and participate in NetSuite-related projects, including new implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Physical and Travel Requirements
  • This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.

  • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus.
