Your missions

RapidAI is the global leader in using AI to combat life-threatening vascular and neurovascular conditions. RapidAI is empowering physicians to make faster decisions for better patient outcomes, leading the next evolution of clinical decision-making and patient workflow. Based on intelligence gained from over 10 million scans in more than 2,000 hospitals in over 60 countries, the Rapid® platform transforms care coordination, offering care teams a level of patient visibility never before possible. RapidAI – where AI meets patient care.

Join the innovative team at RapidAI to shape the future of neurological care! As the driving force behind our Aneurysm product portfolio, you'll define and execute the roadmap for groundbreaking AI solutions and turn user insights into actionable product requirements that meet real-world needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release cutting-edge products to hospitals worldwide, all while telling a compelling story that resonates with both internal stakeholders and customers.

If you're passionate about innovation, market intelligence, and making a tangible impact in healthcare, this role is your opportunity to lead and inspire!

What you will do:
  • Help define our Neuro roadmap: Plan and implement the roadmap for our Aneurysm product portfolio and AI for other potential neurological diseases
  • Aggregate user feedback & needs: Clearly define and communicate the personas we’re serving, organize and prioritize their needs and pain points, and translate these into product requirements that solve their problems. Synthesize feedback into product requirements. Be the user champion in the company!
  • Release product: manage the entire process of prioritizing user needs, defining requirements & product experience, and releasing to hospitals around the world.
  • Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, development, tech services, regulatory, and commercialization teams to prioritize a product strategy and roadmap. Work with other PMs to understand their roadmap needs and to prioritize accordingly.
  • Develop a point of view: Collect, analyze and communicate competitive information; develop market intelligence and identify opportunities to innovate.
  • Storytelling: Tell the story of Aneurysm and what we want to do, for whom, and why. Communicate internally to executives and the wider company, and externally to customers. Obsess over good communication so the team feels inspired and excited about our product value and direction.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize: Identify product opportunities that solve the right value for our customers at the right time, aligned with our company strategy and goals.
  • Commercialize: Help develop sales and marketing material to communicate, position, and promote the value proposition of the Apps and features you’re releasing to market.

  • Help drive the direction of our Neuro portfolio by driving our Brain Aneurysm solution and other potential areas to support our hospitals and the neurological diseases ecosystem to drive better patient care decisions.

    What you bring:
  • Clinical product background - 5+ years of experience in a clinical product or marketing role at a medical hardware or software company. You understand the clinical landscape, the ecosystem and how hospitals need to look at data to make patient care and operational decisions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
  • Experience partnering with customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define a strategic set of features and products we should launch for our customers. You're able to talk to customers to develop the requirements and build those into products that impact clinical decision making to improve outcomes for patients.
  • Curiosity and an ability to think strategically and creatively, with a demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that deliver value for our customers
  • The capacity for self-motivation, self-discipline, independent initiative and creative problem-solving.
  • Detail oriented- Attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations with multiple stakeholders
  • A growth mindset and openness to new ideas with an interest in providing and receiving feedback
  • An ability to navigate and provide clarity in ambiguity
  • The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Superior interpersonal / communication skills, making you an effective collaborator at all levels in cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have:
  • Masters degree or equivalent work experience in a clinical field (e.g. Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering)
