Juniper is a premium, custom merchandise solution for the world’s largest creators. Our mission is to transform commerce by putting world-class product capabilities in the hands of creators. We design, manufacture, market, and ship imaginative products to fans around the world.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Director of People & Strategy and own the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting a variety of HR projects and initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to flex your expertise in Talent Acquisition and make a meaningful impact across the business.

If you have a background in Talent Acquisition and are passionate about the creator economy, we encourage you to apply!

What You’ll be Doing

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes role scoping, job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing interview projects, presenting offers, and assisting in final hiring decisions.
  2. People Operations: Provide tactical support to the People team, including benefits management, HRIS management, ad hoc reporting, company-wide event planning, and other administrative tasks as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the People Specialist and Director on routine duties and special projects.

You have

  • Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, with the ability to take charge from day one.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that both you and your stakeholders stay on track.
  • Grit & Tenacity: Recruiting at Juniper is challenging. Our processes are thorough, and our standards are high, requiring determination and perseverance.
  • Passion for the Creator Economy: A genuine interest in the evolving landscape of digital media, popular culture, and the creator economy.
  • Bonus! Mandarin Fluency: Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is preferred, to help support our Juniper China team.

We have

  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Including paid time off and a company-wide paid shutdown during the December holiday season.
  • Remote-First Work Environment: Juniper has offices in Toronto and Vancouver, however we let employees choose what work setting works best for them.
  • Annual Allowance: An annual allowance to spend on fitness, home office setup, education, courses, or tech—among other things.

We know that experience comes in many different forms. If you feel you're a great fit for this role based on your skills, interests, and vision, let us know why!

Juniper is an equal opportunity employer composed of authentic, genuine, and creative individuals. We want you to come as you are! If you need an accommodation during the interview process, please let us know when you apply.

Please note that only candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted directly. We thank all candidates for their interest.
