Remote Event Advisor

Our company is looking for a Remote Event Advisor to join our team of travel experts. As an Event Advisor, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world. You will work remotely from your preferred location, communicating with clients via email, chat, and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Find the best deals on airline, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and event/ticket sales for clients.
• Provide personalized recommendations and tips to make clients’ trips a success.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Create customized itineraries based on client preferences.
• Manage bookings from start to finish ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for travel and outgoing personality.
