Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Website Product Listing Manager to join our team. This role is critical for maintaining and improving our website product listings, ensuring uniform descriptions, quality images, and streamlined SKU profiles. As an eCommerce-based distributor of emergency vehicle equipment, a clean and well-organized website is paramount. With our upcoming move to Shopify, having a candidate experienced in Shopify to refine all of our listings and potentially incorporate additional listings from new and existing vendor partners will be a significant value-add.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, competent on the web, especially with Shopify, and takes pride in their work. They should be a friendly individual who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the quality and accuracy of our product listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing Management: Improve and maintain website product listings, including SKUs with options, bundles, etc.
  • Content Accuracy: Ensure all product descriptions are uniform, accurate, and contain high-quality images.
  • Shopify Transition: Assist in the transition to Shopify, refining and updating all listings to meet platform requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Incorporate additional listings from new and existing vendor partners as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review and update listings to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure listings are aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Experience: Experience with Shopify is essential; previous experience in managing eCommerce product listings is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in web management and familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with product listing management in eCommerce.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with emergency vehicle equipment or similar products.
