The E-commerce Compliance Lead will play a pivotal role in representing our client's online enforcement initiatives in the Philippines. The position is crucial for enhancing the organization’s efforts to combat the online trade of counterfeit goods. This role directly contributes to safeguarding brand integrity and protecting consumers from counterfeit products.

Our client is a globally recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to combating the trade in counterfeit goods. Operating since 1991, they work on behalf of over 350 member companies, including leading fashion brands, luxury brands, automotive manufacturers, and tech giants. The organization collaborates with national and international law enforcement authorities, as well as major e-commerce platforms, to significantly reduce the online trade in fake goods. With offices in over 100 countries, they are now expanding their online enforcement practice in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
Monitor e-commerce and social media platforms to detect counterfeit goods and potential IP infringements.
Report detected infringements and accurately document findings in the internal system.
Conduct online research to identify potential counterfeit targets.
Communicate with online platforms, right owners, and other stakeholders to address infringement issues.
Collaborate with React’s global teams to ensure coordinated and effective enforcement actions.
Manage administrative tasks and team responsibilities in the Philippines branch, including any managerial duties as required.
