We are seeking an entry-level Construction Field Services Analyst for airport and other commercial construction projects. This full-time hybrid position is based out of the Mt Juliet, TN / Nashville, TN office. 


Job Title: Field Services, Analyst 1

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist in assembling estimates in clear and concise formats to fit client needs, including assisting with pricing research, input or development of unit prices, cataloging and sharing quantity takeoff, and compilation of project reports.
  • Assist in assembling schedules in clear and concise formats to fit client needs, including assisting with conducting research on material availability and labor practices, developing activity durations, integrating quantity takeoff, and compilation project reports.
  • Assist with data input for cost and assembly databases.
  • Produce quality deliverables. Develop an understanding of the differences between detailed design and planning-level or ROM-level documents.
  • Train and mentor others on technical and non-technical topics, sharing knowledge through the company as you can.
  • Contribute to an internal team to achieve project goals, including on-time delivery of deliverables, producing reports that meet Connico’s core values and high standard of quality, communicating project changes or challenges to the project team, and coordinating your work to help bring the project on budget.
  • Some travel may be required, including visits to conferences, client offices, project sites, or other company offices.

Position Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree from an accredited institution in construction management, engineering, estimating, quantity surveying, related field, or equivalent experience or knowledge.
  • Proficiency in essential office software, including Adobe, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Certification, including EIT, is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with estimating software programs such as On-Screen Takeoff, Timberline, MII, or Success is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the aviation market is preferred but not required.

Connico offers a comprehensive compensation package with a salary range starting at $74k, bonus opportunities, and continuous growth opportunities. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will work out of the Mt Juliet, TN office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
