As a Field Assistant, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, bridging the gap between clients and therapists. You'll work closely with behavior technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs to implement effective ABA interventions. Your role includes:

  • Providing direct ABA services to clients
  • Completing non-billable tasks like documentation and travel
  • Assisting with assessments and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families and staff
  • Conducting data analysis
  • Training and supervising BT and RBT staff
  • Maintaining compliance with regulations
