This is a remote position.

Position: Product Manager

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time (Minimum 20 hours/week, 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday between 10 AM - 6 PM)

Equity: 1.25% Sweat Equity (Upon completion of one year)

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at LEGABYTE INNOVATIONS, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, with a strong focus on UI/UX design, user experience, and the overall product lifecycle. You will work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Planning:
- Define and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.
- Lead the development of user-centric designs, ensuring they align with the overall product vision.
UI/UX Focus:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Work closely with designers to develop intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the UI/UX of our products.
Project Management:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs and features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide team members, including interns, to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product goals and progress.

Requirements

Experience:

2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on UI/UX design and user experience.
Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a strong understanding of design systems.

Skills:

Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex product challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Good to have: Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.
