Job Title
Customer Order Intern with a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)

Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Order Intern with a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and support the dynamic Nordic market.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations within Philips Health Systems' Ultrasound product portfolio.

Your Role:

  • Assist the Sales Back Office (SBO) team in managing and cleansing activities before order entry into the SAP system.

  • Work within the SFDC environment to organize and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice process for the region.

  • Collaborate closely with the allocation team to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

  • You are a student who has completed at least your first year of studies.

  • You are familiar with MS Office; an intermediate level of Excel (e.g., pivots, basic functions) will be a plus.

  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of any Nordic language at a minimum B1 level will be a significant asset.

  • You are proactive, thrive in dynamic environments, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

What We Offer:

  • A 6-month internship based on a civil contract with competitive salary.

  • Flexible working hours that can be adapted to your university schedule.

  • The opportunity to use English and other languages in your daily activities.

  • Access to learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Philips University.

  • A chance to build your career within an international company known for innovation.

  • Discount for the multisport card.
