Job Title: Analyst, Global Procurement & Vendor Management

Overview

Rubicon is onboarding an Analyst, Global Procurement & Vendor Management to join its growing Technology Department. This role will focus on supporting the management of global vendors and suppliers, particularly in the IT and software procurement sectors. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and will play a critical role in ensuring that vendor relationships are effectively managed and that all procurement processes are optimized for cost, efficiency, and compliance.     

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day interaction and relationship management with global IT and software vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze vendor performance using key metrics, including SLAs, KPIs, and other performance indicators. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate vendor performance to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and renewal processes. Assist with contract management and work closely with legal for compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze budgets for vendor-related expenditures. Review and validate invoices to ensure they align with contract terms and services delivered.
  • Support and schedule business reviews with key vendors to assess performance, address issues, and discuss future opportunities.
  • Assist in the review and management of contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and other binding agreements. Ensure all contracts are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform detailed data analysis, budget tracking, and report generation.
  • Support other procurement-related initiatives, such as cost-saving projects, risk management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of professional work experience in procurement, vendor management, or related fields, with a focus on IT and software procurement
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of vendor management principles, including SLAs, KPIs, and contract management.
    • Experience using Coupa P2P software.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with budget analysis, invoice analysis, and inventory management.
    • Experience conducting business reviews with vendors.
