The Knowledge Services (KS) group operates within Gas Technology Services (GTS). It represents the commercial and operational heart of GTS Digital Services.

The Senior Solution Architect supports the early-stage sales engagement. After collecting customer’s needs, shape the right digital solution to achieve the desired goals. Your support to sales and commercial team turns opportunities into projects. Also, reverts newly discovered product needs to the product development function to constantly leverage the best product portfolio.

As a Senior Solution Architecture, you will be responsible for:

  • Aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, creating reference architectures, and calculating potential solution value.
  • Playing pivotal role in complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
  • Handling products and systems, requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
  • Leading solution analysis and adaptation of the commercial model to client conditions. Exploring new commercial models to increase likelihood to buy.
  • Driving requirements for new product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, highlighting risks and recommendations to the stakeholders.
  • Showing vocally on business advancement, developing business offerings and related areas of potential growth to senior leadership across the company

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge or work experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital sales approaches, good negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead stakeholder in complex matrix environments.
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
