The Role

The Senior Product Line Manager will help lead the vision and drive business for Teva’s Performance lines. This Sr. PLM will manage the global product line throughout the lifecycle process, including stages of pre-planning, product briefing, pricing and profitability, presenting to key stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to ensure that products come to life how they were briefed and on time with development calendar. This role serves as the key communicator cross-functionally and will work actively with design, development, merchandising, materials, marketing, brand design, and finance. This Sr. PLM will also own and drive consumer insights, market insights, trends, sales info and beyond to inform the team and make educated decisions about the future of the business. This team member will work on projects primarily across our Trail and Water divisions. Looking for a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to jump in and help others as needed as part of this small, dynamic, and high-performing team. This Sr. PLM must have the ability to lead a team and multiple projects at once.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Product lifecycle management: build, drive, strategize and manage global product line. Manage projects, communicate and meet cross-functionally with partners to hit key milestones and deadlines. Work with Product Director to define, implement, and drive strategy for the Teva Trail and Water categories. Own and drive consumer insights, market insights, trends, sales info and beyond to inform the team and make educated decisions about the future of the business. Serve as a leader on the Teva Product Team to help team to hit crucial deadlines, manage tasks and deliver them promptly to the Product Director.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 8+ years of related experience in footwear, apparel, and/or accessories. Preferably in the Outdoor or Performance space. Global experience is a must.

$160,000 - $170,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
