Job Summary:

Are you a detail-oriented SharePoint specialist with a passion for developing innovative solutions? At Aptive Resources, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our SharePoint environment, from planning and architecture to deployment and ongoing management. You will be responsible for creating and evolving best practices, standards, and guidelines to optimize the use of SharePoint across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Application development life cycle planning, architecture, construction, implementation, packaging, and deployment.
  • Create and evolve best practices, standards and guidelines for the architecting, management, and utilization of SharePoint solutions.
  • Build and manage web parts, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, data, and security.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint out of the box apps or collaborative tools to include lists, document/form libraries, discussion boards, survey’s calendars, ribbons, workflows, etc.
  • Provide SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Troubleshooting and resolve SharePoint issues, such as broken links, missing pages etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development.
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises.
  • Technical background and experience in SharePoint development.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
  • Experience in SharePoint framework, building, developing, and administrating sites.
  • IT architecture, infrastructure, security, cloud development skills.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint REST API, Client-Side Object Model (CSOM), and Server-Side Object Model (SSOM).
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end development and responsive design.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure/EntraID.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and implement changes based on business needs and processes.
  • Nice to have: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, and/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
