Overview

Our international company, a leader in software and application development, is seeking a results-driven PPC Manager to optimize our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns and driving measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute innovative paid search and social media ad strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Develop, manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360 and social media networks
  • Create and refine PPC and SEM strategies to maximize ROI
  • Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure the best possible return of investment
  • Implement bid management strategies to maximize the effectiveness  of the advertising budget while achieving  campaign goals
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct detailed target audience analysis and manage customer segmentation for more effective marketing
  • Integrate and manage campaigns through Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution of mobile app marketing efforts
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize performance  and conversion rates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating them into strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, content, design and customer support, to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing specifically PPC
  • Directly handled an Ad budget of more than $200k budget for 1 app per month for more than 3 years.
  • Proven experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and DV360
  • Strong understanding of PPC and SEM principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is preferred
