AI and Automation Specialists, based in the UK seek a Marketing and UX Professional. You are tasked with propelling forward the marketing, social media, and user experience initiatives. Your role demands a harmonious blend of creative design, strategic marketing, and social media management, ensuring both companies thrive in their market presence and engage effectively with their target audiences. This position
requires flexibility and adaptability, as responsibilities are equally shared and rotated weekly between the two companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Deliver Marketing and Social Media Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive
marketing plans that include robust social media strategies, tailored to the distinct needs and objectives
of both companies. Enhance brand visibility and engage effectively with online communities to reach
target audiences.
SEO and Website/Social Media Analytics: Collate, Analyse and Present SEO, Website and Campaign
Performance KPIs. Use Data to drive change and improve CTA and User Journey.
Manage UX Design Projects: Lead UX design projects, overseeing the design process from research to
implementation, ensuring optimal user experiences that meet or exceed user expectations.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various teamsincluding content creators and
social media managersto synchronise marketing efforts and unify brand messaging across all
platforms, fostering a cohesive brand identity.
Analyse Market and Social Media Trends: Continuously monitor market conditions and social media
trends to adapt and refine marketing strategies. Use insights from customer feedback and online
engagement metrics to inform critical business decisions and tailor communication strategies.
Innovate and Respond to Digital Trends: Drive innovation by adopting new ideas and technologies in
the marketing and social media realms that push the business forward, typical of small startup
environments.
Additional Responsibilities:
Tackle ad-hoc duties as they arise, typical of a dynamic startup company. This may include tasks outside
the traditional scope but crucial for supporting immediate needs of the business.

Role Requirements:
Experience in marketing, social media, and user experience design, with a proven track record in a similar
role, preferably within a startup environment.
