Your missions

Infopro Learning is looking for a Learning Experience Architect who specializes in developing content for Leadership Development programs.

We’re a Human Capital Transformation company, and we’re helping organizations across the world develop passionate leaders who have the hard and soft skills to navigate transformations in today’s VUCA world.

As part of our team, you’ll be expected to use your creativity to write storyboards for next-generation learning solutions for the leaders of the future.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Understand, follow, and maintain the direction provided in the design document(s) created by the Lead Instructional Designer.
  • Develop rich ILT/VILT presentations, Facilitator Guides, Participant materials, pre- and post-workshop assignments, Train the Trainer materials, and Assessments.
  • Peer-review the output of other instructional designers, writers, and trainers to ensure instructional integrity and adherence to standards.
  • Create storyboards for any supporting content, which may include videos, quizzes, interactive workbooks, as well as WBT storyboards.

This role is right for you if you have:

  • The Right Knowledge and Experience
    • Sound knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and a working knowledge of editorial style guides.
    • 5-7 years experience in instructional content development, ideally with a focus on professional and leadership development.
    • Demonstrated skill in building ILT/VILT-based programs, videos, WBTs, simulations, infographics, social learning assignments, etc.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment, preferably at a custom content development company that works with an international audience.
