Job Description:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s digital growth strategy. You’ll manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and social media channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact the company’s online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You’ll work with a variety of custom products, crafting compelling ad content that showcases their unique features and benefits. Your data-driven approach will be crucial in refining campaign performance and maximizing ROI in a competitive e-commerce landscape.
Job Highlights:
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 10AM to 3PM New Zealand Time, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads
• Create and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook/Meta platforms
• Craft engaging ad copy and select visuals that effectively showcase custom products
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular performance reports
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple platforms to maximize ROI
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
• Implement A/B testing to continually improve ad performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and shopping ads
• Proficiency in creating and optimizing paid social media advertising, especially on Facebook/Meta platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Experience with budget management and ROI optimization for digital advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling ad content
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles for effective ad creative selection
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to work with unique, custom products and translate their benefits into effective ad messaging
