Job Summary:

Respond to customer inquiries in a Contact Center environment, ensuring accurate information delivery and enhancing customer experience. Resolve member transactions, provide technical guidance, and support service improvements. Utilize technology for effective communication and problem-solving, monitoring performance metrics to meet Contact Center goals. Support customer-focused projects and administrative functions as needed.

Skills and Background You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years of telephonic customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle semi-routine assignments within defined procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

 

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

19.00 - 24.40
