Job Description

The Enablement Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees across the Dynatrace One organization. This role involves creating compelling messages, leveraging various communication channels, and fostering a culture of learning and engagement.  

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement communication strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals. Partner with internal enablement leaders and business units to assess and prioritize requests, advise on communication approaches, and define targeted messaging by various audiences.  

  • Create engaging and informative enablement content, including employee newsletters, event calendars, email announcements, product updates, presentations, webinars, infographics, and videos. 

  • Plan and execute internal enablement initiatives, such as change communications, marketing campaigns, and employee spotlights. 

  • Coordinate, market, and assist with content development for internal enablement events.  

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their communication needs.  

  • Define a measurement strategy to determine impact and opportunities for continuous improvement.  

  • Stay up to date on internal communication trends and best practices. 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements 

  • 3+  years of experience in internal communication or related field. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field or relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements 

  • Strategic thinker experienced at navigating complex environments. 

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with experience generating creative, engaging content across a variety of channels. 

  • Experience working with executive leaders in a communication role capacity. 

  • Experience creating content in various mediums including print, digital and social channels using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.  

  • Experience developing technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences 

  • A talent for entertaining while educating  

  • Knowledge of change management principles 

This role can work remotely from within the United States

Additional Information

Salary, $90K - $115K DOE, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
