Job description

Inside Real Estate is looking for an individual to join our Customer Success team as an IDX & Compliance Coordinator. The IDX & Compliance Coordinator will work across a variety of internal and external teams in order to ensure that our clients have the proper approval, formatting, branding and other requirements displayed accurately on their websites.

Within the Customer Success department, you will play an integral role in: interpreting contracts and policies from local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) offices, ensuring that the content and formatting of websites meets all local compliance standards, and working across internal teams (Data Services, Implementation, Product Management, Sales, etc.) to ensure we meet all deadlines to launch client websites on time. You will also help maintain ongoing compliance for all sites as policies evolve. The ideal candidate will have an extreme attention to detail, strong vendor management skills, and superior written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Learn all aspects of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) contracts and policies, paperwork processing and website compliance.
  • Initiate contact with local MLS office for new clients upon receipt of new contract.
  • Facilitate communication with all internal teams when issues arise.
  • Review website content and branding before website launch to ensure compliance with local IDX standards.
  • Maintain database of MLS board contact information and policies.
  • Liaise with Sales team to manage client contracts pre and post sale.
  • Become an expert in MLS Contracts and Compliance for Inside Real Estate


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of client service experience
  • Experience working with external vendors, clients, etc.
  • Proven success managing a variety of daily tasks and producing flawless results.
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with external vendors and internal teams.
  • Natural ability to remain poised and professional during high volume.
  • Willingness to learn compliance standards across various vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up as needed to achieve timely and accurate results.
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn new databases and technology, as well as make suggestions for improvements.
  • Real Estate or e-commerce industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with MLS Boards is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a big PLUS, but not required.
  • Must thrive in a high energy, rapid growth, start-up environment.
