Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Tutor Services Assistant for EQPD. EQPD is not just a nonprofit; it's a movement! Job Responsibilities:

• Host one-on-one virtual interviews with prospective tutors
• Assist with pulling data reports from various software applications
• Conduct research on recruitment strategies
• Process new tutors through onboarding process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
• Work study part of financial aid package
• Students with work study may be prioritized
• Administrative skills
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Recruitment support
• Data management
• Virtual Collaboration

Work Schedule: Remote, flexible hours
