We have partnered with a US-based Company looking to expand their UAT Testing team. 🚀🌐

They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in México🌎🌟

Our proposal:

The Lead Tester UAT will work closely with the UAT Lead to develop and implement test strategies and plans. This role involves assisting with the documentation, review, and approval of project deliverables, executing UAT scripts, and participating in defect triaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, defect management, and experience with testing tools. ✅

Responsibilities:

📝 Collaborate with the IM Lead and digital team to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.

📑 Assist in documenting, reviewing, and approving project deliverables, including test plans, scripts, and summary reports.

⏳ Ensure the timely delivery of testing milestones.

🔄 Keep track of new requirements and changes in project requirements.

🚨 Escalate issues regarding project requirements (software, hardware, resources) to senior stakeholders.

📅 Organize or attend relevant test meetings and provide status reports (Daily, Weekly, etc.) to senior stakeholders as required.

🛠️ Take responsibility for managing testing activities within the project.

📈 Oversee the production and approval of testing deliverables and the achievement of testing milestones during the project.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

🕰️ A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Software Test Engineer.

💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English.

🛠️ Proficient in test management and defect management tools (ALM-QC, QTest, Jira preferred).

📚 Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.

👥 Experience in line managing and mentoring team members.

🔍 Experience in implementing QA processes in projects.

🗂️ Experience in creating and executing test cases.

📋 Strong understanding of requirement analysis.
