Job Title: Remote Graphic Designer - FB Ads Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 USD/month. Payments will be processed through Deel.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day EST time zone

Job Overview:

The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials for our dental clients. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute creative strategies, ensuring all deliverables align with our brand identity and drive client success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Create visually compelling website layouts that are user-friendly and align with our brand identity.
• Design high-converting Facebook ads, understanding the elements that contribute to a successful ad campaign.
• Creative Asset Production:
• Produce a variety of graphic design tasks within the company, including promotional materials, social media graphics, and internal documents.
• Generate new designs independently with minimal direction, ensuring all creative outputs are fresh and engaging.
• Project Management:
• Use Asana for task management to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute creative strategies.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Facebook ad designs and digital marketing.
• Bring innovative and creative ideas to the table to continually evolve our marketing efforts.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

• Experience creating Facebook Ads designs
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web layout designs and high-performing Facebook ads.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with task management tools, particularly Asana.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing assets for the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
