Currently we are looking for Internal Audit Auditor – IT Delivery & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the global IT Delivery & Operations (IT D&O) audit capability through talent acquisition and skills/experience development;
• Support a variety of complex IT service management-focused assurance and advisory reviews across geographies and business lines;
• Perform gap analysis (people, processes and tools) between internal operations to external client-contract obligations/expectations;
• Contribute value-added and insightful reporting and communications to/with key global, regional and local management;
• Responsible for follow up on management actions to encourage continuous process improvements;.
• Maintain relationships with key management to contribute to the partnership between IA and the business

Profile:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT internal/external auditor, IT service management, contract compliance, etc. comparable work-related experience (some Big4 background preferred);
• Education: University degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, IT / Computer Science, Information Systems;
• Certifications in IT/Internal Audit and/or other relevant qualifications are an advantage (e.g. ITIL, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIA);
• Strong analysis and synthesis capabilities;
• Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to management, both orally and in writing, in an accurate well-organized, logical manner;
• Professionally fluent in English required; additional languages are an advantage, not essential;
• Open-minded, curious, agile and flexible and future forward thinking;
• Works collaboratively in a team, yet independent and autonomous;
• Opportunity to globally travel up to 25%, based on need.
