What you can expect
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will act as the SE partner to the Workvivo Partner Team. You will support the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting and on-boarding new Partners. You will act as an advocate internally for our Partners by providing feedback to the Product team and representing the roadmap needs of our customers. Developing relationships with SE’s in our partners to ensure that they are kept up to date with product features, and enabling them to demonstrate best sales practices. As this is the first hire for a Partner SE, you will own the creation, handover and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools.

Able to take responsibility for the problem statement and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Have ownership and responsibility, proactively make suggestions and is comfortable leading internal projects, ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
Able to work to deadlines and be comfortable with juggling various tasks of a different nature.
Experience working with Channel Partners in pre-sales engineering role
Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
