Job Description

Copilot Team Consultant

The Role:

The Solutions Copilot Consultant is responsible for working closely with the UK sales and solutions team to support copilot focussed presales bids and deliver copilot engagements. This person must be comfortable speaking to developers and to C Suite, and everything in between. The person should be comfortable presenting Copilot based solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, articulating the benefits to their business, with the goal to drive growth for the MBS practice.

The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the UK markets sales and solutions team on a deal by deal basis. Including but not limited to:
      • Production of Copilot Demos
      • Completion of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
      • Advice on Copilot licensing
      • Delivery of client consultancy
  • Supporting the UK markets Copilot sales strategy including the production of technical assets (eg presentations, videos, demos) as part of go to market offerings
  • Building and presenting Copilot content for product presentations and building and delivering configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect’s business needs.
  • Working with Business Development Managers to build and take our Copilot solutions to market.
  • Supporting initiatives to showcase our propositions to customers and Microsoft via online webinars and face to face workshops.
  • Supporting engagements with KPMG stakeholders and ensuring our Copilot solutions are understood throughout the firm.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teams.

Required:

  • Proven success in a technical Pre-sales role
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Copilot
  • Proven knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
  • Proven record of building or selling tech solutions in one of the following sectors (Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, Professional Services)


Desirable:

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft AI Studio
  • Proven Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Proven Knowledge of Chat GPT
  • Proven knowledge of Power Automate
  • Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications


The Person:

  • Strong commercial skills.
  • Experience of delivering client engagements
  • Experience with Microsoft sales cycle and collateral
  • Experience in a consultancy or customer facing sales role
  • An intelligent, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent relationship building skills with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening): an ability to present information concisely, to communicate in a manner applicable to all levels.
  • Able to produce high quality and professional presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documents are consistent in language, terminology and style.
  • Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion.
