Daily challenges

  • Troubleshooting and support of client's messaging platform consisting of Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino.
  • Troubleshooting and support of Domino servers configuration.
  • Responding to requests from users (as Level 2 of the escalation procedures) and assist in solving their issues.

eXperience and skills required

  • University degree in computer engineering, computer science or a closely related engineering field.
  • Language skills: German and English.
  • Knowledge of architecture and system administration.
  • Knowledge on Lotus Notes and Domino 9 and above releases.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the administration of IT systems.
  • Implementation of IT systems.
  • Experience in 2nd level support.
  • Experience in the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of a Notes/Domino infrastructure.
