What we look for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The Operations Associate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all operational activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be passionate about driving operational excellence.

  • You are highly motivated and interested in startup ecosystems, and want to work together with an established and fun team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours deadlines.
  • A bonus would be active previous involvement with startup ecosystems, e.g. working in a startup-related organization. Please note that a full command of English at a professional level is a critical requirement for this role.
  • We are looking for a candidate who will stay with us in the long term and become a pivotal part in the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan, put into action and improve procedures.
  • Oversee the day-to-day company operations.
  • Evaluate and enforce company performance metrics.
  • Define, evaluate and enforce personal performance metrics.
  • Enforce accountability from everyone to follow procedures and foster company culture.

Experience and skills:

  • Experience running operations for a startup or fully remote team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can do attitude and ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous work experience with collaboration and project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion or similar).

The process and conditions:

The starting monthly salary will range depending on experience and skills and will grow as you help the company achieve its goals.

There will be initial filtering questions, a few test tasks valuation, and several interviews so you can get to know our team in the process.

This contract includes 26 days a year of paid vacation.
