### Opportunity Overview

Join a forward-thinking organization focused on enhancing the retail landscape through a multi-channel marketing audience segmentation platform. This role will emphasize the development and implementation of AI/ML-based marketing segmentation strategies, translating them into clear technical product requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

  • **Platform Development**: Lead efforts in developing our audience segmentation platform, prioritizing the integration of AI/ML strategies and translating them into actionable technical documentation.
  • **Expertise & Collaboration**: Share deep knowledge on personalization-based segmentation systems and data quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, program management, marketing, sales, and legal.
  • **Opportunity Identification**: Identify and conceptualize business opportunities. Develop comprehensive channel strategies and outline necessary engineering requirements to scale as the organization expands internationally.
  • **Compliance & Partnerships**: Ensure adherence to data regulations while managing relationships with major enterprise retailers and leading internet platforms, conducting client meetings and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • **Data-Driven Insights**: Evaluate trade-offs between engineering efforts and customer experience. Formulate and test hypotheses to derive actionable insights for product improvement.
  • **Expansion Strategy**: Drive the extension of interfaces to scale the segmentation platform, integrating industry best practices in marketing and retail analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • **Activation & Integration**: Facilitate audience segment activation across preferred channels, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes.

### Requirements

  • **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering (Software, Computer, or Financial), or a related field.
  • **Experience**: 5 years in market research and analysis, including at least 4 years focused on technical product strategy development for data and analytics products. Experience managing complex technical products within the software industry, with a successful track record of launching at least one product line.
  • **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving product strategy and managing intricate projects. Familiarity with data regulations and compliance is beneficial.

### Salary Range

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $157,768 to $205,000.
