We’re looking for a platform analyst to join our ranks. The right candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our data across the investment management platform working closely with our affiliates, home office staff, and internal teams to elevate practice efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various teams and our technology partner to ensure data accuracy and consistency. You will passionately advocate for our affiliate community and strive to enhance data quality across the investment platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of data structures, workflows, and integration points to ensure accurate data reconciliation across the investment platforms.
  • Perform regular data reconciliation tasks to identify discrepancies between different data sources and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by analyzing data flows, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, and support, to address data issues and improve data quality.
  • Develop and implement data reconciliation processes and best practices to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data across the investment platform.
  • Monitor and track data reconciliation metrics and KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of data reconciliation processes, including procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines.

  • Strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and integration points, coupled with the ability to develop and refine reconciliation processes that enhance data reliability and platform performance.
  • Expertise in investigating data discrepancies, identifying root causes, and executing corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • You are a naturally empathetic and care deeply, genuinely and passionately about solving problems for affiliates; friendly approach to teaching and helping others
  • Ability to interact with others in a positive and respectful manner, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Comfortable with quickly learning unfamiliar content and providing support for our advisor community to help them understand and leverage our products

Additional Skills and Knowledge

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role focused on data reconciliation, data management, or supporting enterprise-level financial platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, information management, or a related field
  • Experience using Orion Advisor Solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
