Role Overview

As the Principal Consultant for SAP data-related aspects, you will take on a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge SAP solutions, including Data Management, Master Data, Governance, and mapping for S/4 HANA digital transformation projects. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their data transformation journeys, ensuring the strategic alignment of SAP solutions with their business objectives, and establishing Argano as the go-to partner for SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies for SAP S/4 HANA digital transformation projects, you will be able to articulate and design domain related data elements mapping and extensions.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data throughout the migration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and standards.
• Data cleansing, profiling and knowledge of tools and processes used for SAP Data Management
  
  

Master Data Governance

• Establish and enforce master data governance policies and procedures.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define master data standards and classifications.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of master data throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Data Mapping And Transformation

• Design and implement data mapping and transformation processes to align existing data structures with SAP S/4 HANA requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute data conversion scripts and programs.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy during migration.
  
  

Collaboration And Communication

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements and project goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on data migration progress, issues, and resolutions.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data migration and conversion activities.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and SAP updates related to data management.
  
  

Client Engagement And Advisory

• Build and maintain robust client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on SAP Data Management capabilities and industry best practices.
• Address client challenges by aligning SAP Data Management solutions with their strategic goals, enhancing their analytical capabilities and reporting functions.
  
  

Project Leadership And Management

• Oversee SAP Data Management implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and innovation to meet and exceed project objectives.
  
  

Thought Leadership And Innovation

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest SAP Data Management developments, trends, and best practices, positioning Argano as a thought leader in the field.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.
  
  

Minimum And/or Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in SAP consulting, with extensive experience in SAP Data Management Suite (which includes native SAP products like BODS, Data Services, LTMC, DMC, but also other cloud vendor products for SAP solutions),
• In-depth knowledge of SAP data structures, data migration tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of master data governance principles.

• Certifications: SAP certifications in SAP Data Management Suite or related areas are highly regarded.
• Skills:
• Profound expertise in SAP Data Management Suite cs, SAP Analytics Suite (which includes native SAP products like BODS, Data Services, LTMC, DMC, but also other cloud vendor products for SAP solutions.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through complex implementations.
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills, adept at establishing trust and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Strong capabilities in risk management, quality assurance, and change management.
