About The Role

As a strategic leader with a passion for digital innovation, you will play a critical role in our digital transformation journey. This position involves leading various digital marketing and technology initiatives, while managing both corporate and property-level efforts. You will have the opportunity to shape our digital presence, overseeing our corporate website, managing analytics, and optimizing internal platforms such as our intranet and team store. This role also entails enhancing our digital footprint across several platforms, including CRM systems, SEO strategies, social media, and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, while identifying opportunities for innovation in digital marketing and technology.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives designed to enhance digital capabilities, optimizing processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Platform Management: Oversee digital platforms at both corporate and property levels to ensure optimal performance and user engagement, while managing relationships with technology vendors.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish and manage Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to track performance and guide strategic decisions, with findings presented to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Collaboratively develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline digital marketing and technology operations.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals in digital marketing and technology, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure the functionality and security of digital platforms, partnering with the marketing team to align digital efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Training and Development: Support global training initiatives to foster continuous learning and innovation within the company.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the multifamily or real estate sector.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, AI technologies, chatbots, and other marketing platforms.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, social media, and reputation management.
  • Strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in website monitoring tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured, operable vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
  • Commitment to ethical and legal marketing practices.
