The ideal candidate will execute community engagement, growth, and support programs across multiple brands around the world. The ability to work fast and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is essential. A passion for music is a must as is familiarity with digital audio workstations, recording techniques, and social media best practices.
As a Community Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for community engagement, moderation, and support for a passionate community of musicians around the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Community engagement, moderation, and support
- Provide technical expertise and solutions via Zendesk
- Troubleshooting issues reported by users involving ReverbNation products
- Drive ReverbNation digital ecosystem through feedback with the development team
- Identifying support systems and processes to help users better help themselves
- Support general Marketing activities and initiatives
- Be an evangelist for ReverbNation around the world
- Personally participate and engage users in the ReverbNation community building direct relationships with fans and influencers
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Musician with knowledge and experience in professional music production
- General technical understanding of BandLab, ReverbNation, and other products
- Deep, well-demonstrated experience in online community building and social outreach
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full workload
- Able to work on weekends
- Able to travel as needed
- Ability to take on new roles, assignments and responsibilities as needed
- Strong writer with positive and personable communication skills
