We are looking for a Community Support Specialist with solid communication skills and experience supporting a brand's engagement and outreach across channels and communities. The ideal candidate will execute community engagement, growth, and support programs across multiple brands around the world. The ability to work fast and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment is essential. A passion for music is a must as is familiarity with digital audio workstations, recording techniques, and social media best practices.
As a Community Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for community engagement, moderation, and support for a passionate community of musicians around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Community engagement, moderation, and support
Provide technical expertise and solutions via Zendesk
Troubleshooting issues reported by users involving ReverbNation products
Drive ReverbNation digital ecosystem through feedback with the development team
Identifying support systems and processes to help users better help themselves
Support general Marketing activities and initiatives
Be an evangelist for ReverbNation around the world
Personally participate and engage users in the ReverbNation community building direct relationships with fans and influencers
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Musician with knowledge and experience in professional music production
General technical understanding of BandLab, ReverbNation, and other products
Deep, well-demonstrated experience in online community building and social outreach
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, management, and communication skills
Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full workload
Able to work on weekends
Able to travel as needed
Ability to take on new roles, assignments and responsibilities as needed
Strong writer with positive and personable communication skills
