The role


We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to elevate the quality of Tribal software and surpass customer expectations using a variety of test methodologies. Join our team dedicated to continuous improvement!


Some of your key responsibilities will include to:


  • Test systems using automated techniques on relevant products, and to contribute to product automation where appropriate
  • Own the design of manual tests to verify system function as defined by product specifications/descriptions, and create and execute non-functional tests are required
  • Provide input into the design of user acceptance criteria
  • Provide feedback on the suitability of software for release, appropriately escalating risks and concerns
  • Identify work practices which improve quality and efficiency in the software testing cycle
  • Work with developers and analysts to understand impact analysis of new features/defect fixes


The Person


The ideal candidate will possess experience in automated testing and be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle.


They should have a working knowledge across various product modules to inform test design and facilitate knowledge sharing, along with a familiarity with SQL queries.


Additionally, the ability to document test results, including identifying faults and tracking progress, as well as experience in cross-team collaboration to resolve issues and identify potential solutions, is essential for success in this role.


A strong and recent background in testing within a technology-driven company is essential, along with a keen interest in keeping informed of the latest developments in the testing field to drive continuous improvement.
