Senior AR Accountant

What we can offer you

You will be a part of a finance Team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our finance center in Warsaw. You will be taking a key role in collection process for Belgium under SSC Warsaw umbrella.

Your main tasks

• Being one of the key players in establishing the new SSC in Warsaw
• Contact customers by phone in Belgium and securing best in class collection process
• Sending reminders and dunning letters
• Booking incoming payments
• Creating claims
• Clarify the deductions
• Customer Creation
• Ensuring the smooth running of the AR function including Internal Controls preparation
• Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team
• Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines

Who you are

• Min. 2-3 years in similar position as AR Accountant with responsibility for collections
• Good knowledge of SAP or MFG/PRO is a plus
• Very good command of spoken and written Dutch and English is mandatory
• Fluency in French will be an asset
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Be a strong team player
