Your missions

Our client, a Luxury Real Estate and Rental Company based in Ibiza is currently seeking an experienced and organized Bali Based Remote Back Office & Commercial Assistant to join their team.

As a Remote Back Office & Commercial Assistant, you are responsible to handle the operations and commercial matters of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in using Microsoft Excel, Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Remote working experience.
  • Experience in website management and content creation is a plus!
  • Proficient communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Responsibility:

Back Office Operations Task:

  • Update Property Listings & Pricing: Regularly update the pricing and listings of the brand.
  • Calendar Management: Weekly updates and management of property rental
    calendars.
  • Deposit Handling: Manage the return process of damage deposits for summer rentals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Boat Listings: Create and manage boat rental listings.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain several databases in Excel to
    support business operations.

Commercial Task:

  • Agency Outreach: Contact agencies in Asia to promote the brand rentals and sales.
  • Portfolio Creation: Develop a portfolio of villa rentals in Bali to expand our
    offerings.
  • Lead Generation: Use Instagram to identify and capture new villa listings in Ibiza and Mykonos.
