Senior Business Analyst
Remote work with 20% travel required
5+ Month Contract

Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience to join the application maintenance services team. This role involves working with clients and supporting both application development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and identify impacts and risks, considering the big picture.
  • Capture requirements for a Security Operations Center and RFP process.
  • Consult with business clients to translate their needs into technical requirements.
  • Design user interfaces and perform functional testing as needed.
  • Liaise with developers and testers to support implementation and ensure cohesive solutions.
  • Conduct user experience workshops and review Functional Specifications.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business processes.
  • Experience working with developers and in team environments.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability.
  • Experience in web design and business application UI design.
  • CBAP or related certification is a strong asset.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
