The ideal person for this job is a multi-talented Sr. Salesforce Administrator who thrives on helping the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with multiple teams within the company to identify issues, executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

Here’s a smattering of the tech you’ll be working with: Flow, SOQL, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, BillingPlatform, GearSet, GitHub, Workato and Marketo

What you'll do:
  • Lead Salesforce initiatives with a focus on utilizing Salesforce best practices and designing/building scalable solutions
  • Collaborate on key projects with cross functional teams to determine business alignment, needs, and system requirements
  • Work in a Scrum (Agile) environment through sprints by tracking progress/status and risks/constraints
  • Support production issue resolution by applying critical thinking to understand root causes and considering both short and long term solutions to enable the business to operate smoothly
  • Thoroughly document work to enable troubleshooting, training, self-service, and supporting future efforts
  • Evaluate 3rd party integrations and how they will impact overall system performance

  • What you'll need:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience leading projects from beginning to end
  • Cross functional communication skills
  • Experience writing basic SOQL queries
  • Experience working in Scrum (Agile)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Nice to haves:
  • Hands on experience working with Service Cloud
  • Hands on experience working with Experience Cloud (Partner Portals)
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist Certifications
