Job description

Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Potential to convert to perm
Remote role with up to 50% travel to Minneapolis and possibly San Antonio, reducing over time.

Client is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant for a contract-to-perm role. This remote position will support digital transformation projects, with occasional travel to Minneapolis, MN, and San Antonio, TX. Preference for candidates in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities:

Act as OCM leader and critical client contact throughout project lifecycles.
Lead OCM and training teams to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
Manage full life-cycle delivery including planning, requirements gathering, and governance.
Engage with stakeholders to support digital transformation and recommend scalable solutions.
Develop and deliver training strategies, instructional materials, and capability-building workshops.
Support presales activities including proposal development and presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree.
5-10 years consulting experience in technology solution delivery and transformations.
Minimum 6 years in senior OCM roles with 2-3 full life-cycle engagements.
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow implementations.
Proven skills in communication, change impact analysis, and training delivery.
Prosci certification or similar OCM certification preferred.
Experience in manufacturing industry is a strong asset.
Must be open to travel up to 50% of the time and contract-to-perm arrangement.
Remote work with up to 50% travel to Minneapolis and possibly San Antonio, reducing over time.
