Your missions

Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Potential to convert to perm
Remote role with up to 50% travel to Minneapolis and possibly San Antonio, reducing over time.

Client is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant for a contract-to-perm role. This remote position will support digital transformation projects, with occasional travel to Minneapolis, MN, and San Antonio, TX. Preference for candidates in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as OCM leader and critical client contact throughout project lifecycles.
  • Lead OCM and training teams to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Manage full life-cycle delivery including planning, requirements gathering, and governance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support digital transformation and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training strategies, instructional materials, and capability-building workshops.
  • Support presales activities including proposal development and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree.
  • 5-10 years consulting experience in technology solution delivery and transformations.
  • Minimum 6 years in senior OCM roles with 2-3 full life-cycle engagements.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven skills in communication, change impact analysis, and training delivery.
  • Prosci certification or similar OCM certification preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a strong asset.
  • Must be open to travel up to 50% of the time and contract-to-perm arrangement.
  • Remote work with up to 50% travel to Minneapolis and possibly San Antonio, reducing over time.
