Job Description Summary

The VP of Revenue and Growth Strategy is responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue and growth for iTrip and iTrip franchise locations in alignment with the company’s overall business goals. This individual must possess the ability to see the big picture, identifying long-term opportunities and challenges and crafting recommended strategies to address them. The VP of Revenue and Growth Strategy must foster collaboration among sales, marketing, franchise success, data engineering and support teams ensuring that the various teams are working in harmony to achieve the company’s revenue targets.

This role demands a unique blend of trend analysis, strategic insight, operational expertise and leadership skills The individual must be able and willing to adapt to change and navigate uncertainty in a fluid industry. They must be agile and flexible, capable of adjusting strategies and tactics in response to market dynamics and internal challenges.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Serves as the real estate broker in charge for our iTrip Panama City Beach location.
  • Data Gathering Management and Analysis. Uses research, data and insight to understand target audiences, industry trends, client needs (franchisees, property owners, and rental guests), competitor activities and vendor opportunities to drive growth opportunities.
  • Shapes strategic thinking and drive tactical execution of the company’s vision
  • Recommends and execution of growth strategies with a focus on unit acquisition, revenue growth, improved effectiveness/efficiencies, compliance with industry/vendor requirements and more.
  • Assesses, outlines and builds business plans for each project that include strategic objectives, ROI, progress tracking and expected results.
  • Identifies ancillary revenue streams/opportunities that leverage innovation to improve franchisee KPI, assess iTrip revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for recommending and driving strategies to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all growth processes, internal and external.
  • Collaborates with the iTrip leadership team, spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Able to quickly identify operational bottlenecks and devise effective solutions to overcome them, ensuring that the revenue engine runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversees/manages the pacing data reporting for the iTrip business and each franchise location.
  • Oversees/manages all third party/vendor relationships. Evaluates new relationship opportunities. Creates revenue model for new and existing opportunities.
  • Works with the Inhabit Director of Government Affairs and his team to assess impact of regulatory issues on iTrip business operations.
  • Works in partnership with other iTrip team members to define, design and deliver on change management initiatives.
  • Translates business strategies into specific actions and generate sales and revenue KPIs to measure results.
  • Prepares team budget.
  • Meets with key accounts as appropriate.
  • Attends conferences as approved.
  • Ability to work weekends during peak season/rental times.
  • Handles other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • Florida Real Estate Broker license (active status)
  • Minimum 8 years of strong operational experience, preferably in the short-term rental property management industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and budgeting with previous experience in revenue management, coaching, team building, strategic planning and growth management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team and external executives. Ability to create productive, long-term customer relationships.
  • Proven experience leading with integrity, working collaboratively in a team environment, and taking initiative to make process improvements when necessary.
  • Ability to be flexible, agile and to multitask. Can work within an ambitious, fast-moving environment, while drive toward clarity and solutions, demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding analysis and strategy recommendations.
  • Can model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines, and financial constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills; public speaking experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to create and operate pivot tables within Excel.
