Your responsibilities

As a QA Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce solutions built on platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SCAYLE by About You, and Shopify Plus.

Your responsibilities especially include:

Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure that our e-commerce solutions meet client requirements and specifications.
Verify that the design implementation aligns with provided designs, including consistent rendering on various browsers, resolutions, and devices.
Perform visual tests to confirm that all design elements are present and correctly styled, focusing on elements like fonts, colors, spacings, and interactve components.
Work collaboratively with development and product teams to comprehend and interpret feature specifications, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of testability, quality, and performance.
Develop and execute test cases based on provided specifications, covering various scenarios and use cases.
Document and report identified bugs with clear, concise, and comprehensive information.
Proactively seek solutions and propose optimizations to enhance the quality of our e-commerce solutions.

Your profile

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with manual and automated testing processes.
Proficiency in test case design, test plan creation, and test script development.
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify and document issues accurately.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with development and product teams.
Understanding of different testing types, including regression testing, usability testing, and performance testing.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
