Transformation Admin Intern

interested in applying their education to solve real-world problems, and turn theory into practice as a member of our Transformation team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to review, support and maintain transformative initiatives within and in support of our Transformation Team either through Quality related initiatives, Business Intelligence, or Automation.

The ideal intern for this role is tech-savvy, detail oriented, a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills. This will allow you to coordinate effectively with different teams while driving a quality oriented mindset within Infinit-O. 

Responsibilities for Transformation Admin Intern

• Effectively interact with all cross-functional teams to provide support in carrying out team objectives.
  

• Assist in performing administrative duties within the Quality Management System (QMS) and/or other Transformation Systems.
  

• Support change control activities.
  

• Manage weekly reporting.
  

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
  

Qualifications for Transformation Admin Intern

• Undergraduate student with a focus on any business related field preferred.
  

• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communications
  

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in working with MS Office or similar software.
