About the Role

Datasite is the industry leader in technology solutions that enable mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, restructuring and other critical capital transactions in more than 170 countries. As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will play a key role in driving productivity, client adoption and value, increasing sales knowledge and elevating performance to the next level for Datasite’s sellers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure sellers are proficient in product knowledge, solution value, client messaging, competitive landscape and sales process
  • Assist in executing the Datasite Seller Accreditation program for new sellers
  • Provide feedback on new seller performance and growth
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop corporate sales curricula and training programs aligned with new product introductions and strategies
  • Provide one-on-one and group-setting coaching to both new and tenured sellers
  • Train sellers on how Corporate Development teams operate and utilize M&A related tools to drive better deal outcomes. 
  • Partner with SVP of Sales Operations & Enablement, Americas CRO and other sales leadership to address additional training needs for sellers
  • Identify opportunities to strategically improve sales processes
  • Support global sales enablement and training initiatives as needed
  • Build a reputation as a Datasite products and services subject matter expert
  • Develop assessment strategies aligned to company performance expectations

About You

You might be a great fit for this role if you have sales or sales enablement experience along with strong relationship building, problem solving and communication/presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of M&A or fintech related experience preferred.
  • Strong content development and presentation skills
  • Must present a professional personal image both in-person and via video conferencing.
  • Strategic mindset
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com a bonus but not required
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with varied stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Salary Range - $60,570 - $103,250
