- Position reports to the Head of Onboarding and interfaces with a Project Manager, Project Engineers and IoT Dev Team. An IoT Engineer is responsible for all data transfer from existing OEM BMS systems including: Analyzing existing BMS systems for possible integration paths, sourcing and implementing 3rd-party integration drivers, coordinating installation of Hank router, and ensure proper IT connectivity on sites remotely.
- Expectations
- Coordinate with Project Engineer and Project Manager on integration timelines
- Developing an end-to-end integration path with existing building automation systems including 3rd-party driver sourcing
- Working in Tridium Niagara N4 to ensure connectivity and integration success with 3rd-Party Systems
- Sourcing, testing and implementing 3rd-party Tridium Niagara Drivers and devices to enable integrations
- Setting up 3rd-Party BMS (Building Automation Systems) systems with proprietary tools to enable integrations
- Troubleshooting and repairing existing building automation networks for proper communication throughput
- Remote installation coordination of Hank router with customers including all IT remote networking/setup
- Skills Learned
- Active participation in strategic virtual building engineering onboarding process
- Advanced system integrations with multiple BMS manufacturers

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
90,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
