How You Will Make Contributions That Matter...
Responsible for multiple Midwestern and Southern United States foodservice accounts including distributors and operators.
States include but may not be limited to Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio.
Dedicated exclusively to building, maintaining, managing and growing relationships with these customers.
Develop annual sales budget and meet annual volume and profit targets.
Analyze sales and profit data to proactively manage business and identify growth opportunities.
Provide competitive market intelligence, customer feedback and business trend updates.
Present new items, business recommendations and strategies to all accounts within the assigned territory.
Closely align with Operations on demand and new business opportunities to maximize production efficiency.
Resolve customer issues by working closely with Transportation, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Finance Teams.
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You….
Have 5-7 years of experience in CPG sales market, cheese or dairy experience preferred.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, culinary or food science, related field or equivalent experience.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing Gordon Foodservice
Have 5-7 years of experience in managing a foodservice broker.
Your home location is near a major airport within the designated region.
Preferred locations: Grand Rapids, MI; Detroit, MI
You are highly motivated to succeed independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
Are comfortable with up to 50% travel.
Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
Have extensive experience with all of these skills: negotiation, presentation, sales management, sales & profit analysis, new business prospecting, sales tracking, and closing.

Salary Range: $102,170 to $134,100
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
