European Services Growth Leader
Water Treatment
Remote based in Europe

Your role as European Services Growth Leader is to coordinate, develop and ensure responsibility for the growth of the Services business in Europe.
Initially helping to define a growth strategy in collaboration with the stakeholders, you will guide and monitor growth activities and be part of our development by supporting change.

What will the day to day look like?

  • Defining and implementing new services offerings and customer approaches in line with the company's strategy and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the necessary resources are put in place 
  • Identifying and proposing new Services solutions for Europe
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers, Regional Directors and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Setting and monitoring performance indicators for monitoring the development of service offerings 
  • Manage and provide cross-functional leadership for the regional Services teams to ensure the region's growth. 
  • Promote and participate in the continuous improvement process and the sharing of best practice. Support adequate tools development.
  • Definition and document management related to services offering, case studies, new services developments
  • Particular focus on mobile water and VWTS Assets business:
  •  Define the development and commercial strategy
  • monitor market trends and competition. Define pricing, offering, fleet requirements, 
  • implement marketing tools and techniques to develop a broader customer basis and evolved customer needs
  • Particular focus on the development of our installed based customers and new customers providing Veolia proprietary technology and associated expert services:
  • Set dedicated KPI's, monitor and analyse performance
  • Oversee operational aspects of the above mentioned technology delivery (lead times, quality, logistics, ...)
  • Provide Technical Subject Matter Expertise
  • Support in-country teams on the selection adequate technology
  • As SME provide guidance and expertise to our customers

You will be a member of the Executive Committee (Execom) and participate in defining our European strategy, reporting directly to the Vice President ES Services Europe. 

Along the way, you will work very closely with support functions such as QHSE, HR, Finance, Customer Service, Purchasing and COE to achieve Qualifications.

Qualifications

What skills and experience will you likely have?

  • Business school or engineering degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or water treatment. 
  • Experience in developing services for industry. 
  • Understanding of strategy development and implementation 
  • stakeholder management
  • people management 
  • fluent English + good level of French spoken as a minimum
  • strong change management skills
  • Good knowledge of industrial water treatment 
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to establish development strategies
