Job Summary:
The Content Manager will support the creation, production, and distribution of content for our HR tech SaaS company, which specializes in automating global payments and global payroll. This role involves assisting in the development of content strategies, managing content calendars, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging content across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, strong writing skills, and a keen interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Support:
    • Assist in the creation of various content types, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
    • Ensure all content is high-quality, accurate, engaging, and consistent with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    • Help manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and insights needed for content creation.
  • SEO and Content Optimization:
    • Implement basic SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
    • Optimize existing content to enhance engagement, readability, and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
    • Generate basic reports to measure the effectiveness of content and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Support) to develop content that addresses customer needs and highlights product benefits.
    • Work with external partners, such as freelance writers and designers, to support content production as needed.
  • Brand and Messaging Consistency:
    • Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand values, messaging, and positioning in the HR tech and global payroll landscape.
    • Maintain consistency in content style and tone across all communications.
  • Trend Awareness and Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and content marketing best practices.
    • Experiment with new content formats and distribution methods under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS or HR tech industry.
    • Proven ability to create engaging content and manage multiple projects.
