Primary Purpose & Scope:

As the Digital Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our success by managing key aspects of our Omnichannel services. Your primary responsibilities will encompass pre-sales support, project management, service delivery, and platform configuration. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of our digital loyalty and omnichannel solutions. Based in the vibrant Silicon Beach area of Los Angeles, you'll be at the heart of a thriving tech hub with exciting opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

Pre-sales Support:

  • Collaborate with client directors to sell omnichannel services as part of comprehensive loyalty programs.
  • Assist in strategy planning, market analysis, and sales processes for major accounts.
  • Work with the Head of Omnichannel Services to support technical and sales processes, engaging with CTOs, CIOs, and technical management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, including marketing and technical leads.
  • Create commercial proposals that balance revenue, profitability, and partner product costs.


Project Management & Service Delivery:

  • Oversee the delivery of services and products for confirmed programs such as gamification, e-stamps, and loyalty apps.
  • Support technical delivery managers to ensure accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and technical partners for "always-on" or tactical omnichannel services.
  • Manage content and campaign configuration, monitor member engagement, and handle support queries.
  • Ensure effective use of Content Management Systems, especially for mobile loyalty platforms and gamification.


Platform and Campaign Configuration:

  • Deliver and implement game campaigns, e-stamps programs, and other tactical campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars, including development, creation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality digital assets across various channels.
  • Optimize content for different channel executions and maintain an online library of assets.
  • Ensure alignment of content with brand messaging and narrative.
